Early Morning Run

Oh my goodness,how depressing is it to get up early now that the sun sleeps in so late!

We got up early to take the dogs for a run and I had to put my phone on to double check the time. It’s not easy for those of us who like to stay fit all year round.

A good idea if you are having a problem getting up early for the gym, is to arrange to meet a friend to train with you or put an inspirational picture next to your alarm clock. This could be anything from a horrific piccie of you last summer in your bikini or maybe someone who you admire.



I have been a Personal Trainer for about 23 years and I still love training and the buzz it gives me but writing has always been a part of my life. I think I wrote my first book at the age of 10. My grandmother said I would be a novelist one day and she was right - as all grandmothers often are! I live with my boyfriend Carl, we have 2 huskies who make us laugh every day, except when pulling us into bushes to chase after squirrels! I have also written a Diet and Fitness book for women over 40.
