Not been to the gym this weekend, but that doesn’t mean I haven’t been working out!
Carl and I take the dogs out every day – mostly twice a day- and being Huskies, they only have two speeds; Hell-for-leather or asleep!
We have waist belts which help save on shoulder injuries and usually spend at least an hour hiking up and down hills or jogging. So if you can’t get to the gym, get the dog out of his basket and go get some fresh air and exercise. 🙂 ……If you haven’t got a dog, get the kids kitted out and head for the woods.
